No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served from our own server; no data is sent to Google Fonts or similar services.

Server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider domainfactory GmbH, Oskar-Messter-Straße 33, 85737 Ismaning, Germany, automatically stores technical data such as IP address, date and time, browser and the page requested. This is necessary to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Log files are deleted after [number] days.

Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp

If you contact us, we use your details only to answer your request and handle your booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta. When you use the WhatsApp links, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.

Location map and Google Maps

[Template – please check] The location map on our home page is an image stored on our own server (map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL). It does not load any content from Google, OpenStreetMap or other map providers, so no data is transferred when you view our pages.

The "Open in Google Maps" buttons and the map graphic are plain links to Google Maps. Only when you click one of them are you taken to Google Maps, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). From that point on, Google processes data such as your IP address, device and browser information and, if you are signed in, data linked to your Google account. This processing is carried out by Google under its own responsibility; we have no influence on it. Data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Videos

Our videos are stored on our own web server (hosting provider, see above) and are only loaded when you click "Play video". No external video platform is involved and no data is passed on to third parties; only the server log data described above is processed.

The short background video on our home page is stored on our own server and does not transfer any data to third parties.
